When a case reveals a question Arthur should know how to handle in the future, you can save the question and answer directly from the case drawer. This is called KB Quick-Add. The entry goes into Arthur's knowledge base immediately.

Steps

  1. Open the Arthur page from the left sidebar and click the Follow-ups tab. Click a case to open it.
  1. Click Add to Knowledge Base (or the KB Quick-Add button) in the controls panel. A form slides open.
  1. The Question and Answer fields are pre-filled from the case context. Review them and edit as needed, write the answer the way you'd want Arthur to explain it to a resident.

  2. Check the Available for all properties toggle. By default this is on (enabled), meaning Arthur will use this knowledge base entry across all properties you manage.

    • Leave it on if the answer applies everywhere (e.g., a general policy question).
    • Toggle it off if the answer is specific to just this property (e.g., a building-specific maintenance contact).
  1. Click Save. Arthur's knowledge base is updated immediately.

Tip: If the service ticket for this case is already marked resolved, the Question and Answer fields will auto-fill from the resolution details, just review and save.
