URBI runs the building side of independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities. Families get answers around the clock, your team writes an update once, and leadership sees every community on one screen.
Mom's bathroom light has been out since Sunday. Can we also use the private dining room Saturday for her birthday?

What does a Tuesday look like on URBI?
One community, from the family questions that answered themselves overnight to the portfolio view at seven. Seven moments, each one the platform doing real work: Arthur with families, HERO AI with the Executive Director, and Kore in the hands of everyone on shift.
Tuesday, 6:40 AM
The old TuesdayThe front desk opens to a voicemail light and four families who waited all night.
The questions that used to wait until morning.
Arthur answers for the community around the clock, across voice, text, email, and in app chat, in your community's tone of voice. It verifies who is calling before it shares anything, and every conversation lands in one log your team can read.

Why now
Full communities, thin teams, too many systems.
Occupancy has recovered faster than staffing has, and the tools meant to help are the ones operators name as the problem. The work that is left over lands on the people at the front desk.

Where URBI makes the difference
The Tuesday above runs on the same set of tools, every day. This is what a community gets out of the box.
Families, answered around the clock
Arthur answers by voice, text, email, and in app chat in your community's tone of voice, verifies who is asking before it shares anything, and logs every conversation beside the notes your team writes.
Every request is logged, routed to the right team member, and tracked from report to resolution, with vendor coordination on the ticket instead of a side thread.
Full chain of custody. The concierge scans a parcel with the AI label reader, smart lockers take the small deliveries, and the resident knows it arrived before anyone walks a hallway.
One calendar in the app, on the lobby and elevator screens, and in front of families. Private dining and amenity bookings carry their own deposits, handled in app.
Multi property support with one login for leadership, permission based access inside each community, and the same operating model on the day you open the next one.
Then the community still runs. Most senior living software asks the resident to adopt it first. URBI does not. The platform works through the people and the screens already in the building, and the app is an option on top, not the price of entry.
Lobby and elevator screens carry the calendar and every announcement
The concierge logs requests and packages on a resident's behalf
Family members act from their own phones, wherever they live
Arthur takes the call by voice, so nobody has to type at all

How fast does every family know?
On an ordinary day the screens carry the calendar and the announcements. On the day something happens, a person confirms and every screen in the community flips to the same message at once, while residents and families get it on their phones in the same second.
A person confirms before anything fires. Always.

Operator questions, answered
Is URBI a care system or an EHR?
No. URBI runs the building side of a community: operations, communication, visitors, packages, bookings, documents, and family updates. It does not hold care records and it does not do clinical work. It sits alongside whatever your clinical teams already use.
Who in a community actually uses URBI?
The Executive Director and leadership work in the dashboard, maintenance and environmental services work the ticket queue, the front desk handles visitors and packages, and life enrichment publishes the calendar. Residents and family members use the app, and leadership across communities gets the portfolio view.
What about residents who do not use a smartphone?
The community still works. URBI Display carries the calendar, announcements, and emergency messages on lobby and elevator screens for residents who never open an app. The concierge logs requests and packages on a resident's behalf, and family members act on their behalf from their own phones. Nothing depends on every resident holding a device.
Does Arthur sound like our community?
Yes. Arthur speaks in your community's tone of voice, never claims to be a team member, escalates to your staff when it is unsure, and logs every conversation. It verifies that a caller is an authorized contact before sharing anything about a resident. Arthur is part of the Premium plan.
How do families see what is happening?
Families reach the community through Arthur on voice, text, email, and in app chat, and they see the calendar, announcements, and events in the app. When something changes, the update is written once and every family gets the same message at the same time instead of a phone tree.
Can leadership see every community at once?
Yes. One login gives leadership the whole portfolio in one picture. Inside each community, permission based access decides what every role can see, so an Executive Director, a concierge, and a regional leader are each looking at exactly what they should.
Is URBI built for senior living today?
URBI is the same building operating system running residential and commercial buildings right now, configured for senior living around family communication, life enrichment, and multi community oversight. Early communities work directly with the founding team and shape what ships next. Accounting is in Beta, with early access for founding communities.
Your communities, at their best.
One calm system for the building side of senior living, so your team spends its day with residents instead of with software.
Families who hear it from you first, every time
Team members who write an update once instead of five times
A calendar that is current on every screen and every phone
Every community in one picture, without losing local control
