Engineering
Senior Full Stack Engineer
Build and ship features across URBI Kore, from API to interface, working directly with the team that keeps real buildings running on it every day. You will own problems end to end and help shape how the Building OS evolves next.
ApplyAI Engineer, HERO Platform
Train and extend HERO, the AI that powers URBI Kore for managers and Arthur for residents. You will work on the models, data, and guardrails that make the assistant faster, safer, and more useful with every release.
ApplyMobile Engineer, URBI App
Build and polish the URBI app, the mobile experience people open every day to book amenities, message their building, and get answers from Arthur. You will care about performance, accessibility, and the small details that make mobile software feel effortless.

Own the systems that keep URBI Kore fast, secure, and available for the buildings running on it. You will build the pipelines, monitoring, and infrastructure that let the engineering team ship confidently and often.

Own the relationship with URBI customers after they go live, making sure every building gets full value from URBI Kore and HERO AI. You will be the trusted point of contact who turns new customers into long term partners.
ApplyProperty Onboarding Specialist
Get new buildings live on URBI Kore quickly and correctly, configuring accounts, migrating data, and training on site teams. You will be the first hands on experience a new customer has with URBI.
