URBI Kore turns event day into a solved problem. Publish once and ticketing, RSVPs, and capacity manage themselves, wallet passes land on every phone, QR scanning checks in the door, waivers sign themselves before doors open, and raffle mode turns the night into a show.
Creating and publishing
Publish in minutes, right the first time.
A guided create wizard walks through type, basics, a cover image pulled from Unsplash or uploaded fresh, audience, tickets, and refund policy before anything goes live. A maintenance event type skips tickets entirely for informational notices, and the category stays editable after publish so a mislabeled event never has to be recreated. Restrict an event to specific groups or open it to the whole community, or gate it as a private event behind an email plus a six digit one time code, with a contact your property manager fallback if a code goes missing. Most events happen in a space you already manage; see how the same rooms and courts are booked day to day on the amenities and booking page. Cancelling is just as considered as publishing: an empty event cancels in one click, but the moment attendees are registered, cancellation becomes a guided two step flow with a personal note, the recipient count, and the channels it will reach before push and email go out.

- The create flow was redesigned end to end this year: a single wizard now carries an event from cover image through audience, tickets, and refund policy to review, instead of a scattered set of forms.
Tickets and RSVPs
Every ticket sold is a seat that's actually there.
Sell with named ticket tiers, each carrying its own description, its own capacity, and an active toggle to retire a tier without touching the rest. Free events skip tickets entirely and run on a simple RSVP instead. A refund policy, chosen from a full, partial, or no refund template, is shown and acknowledged at checkout so nobody is surprised later. Underneath, capacity is enforced at three separate layers so an event can never oversell, and once a tier fills, a waitlist takes over with automatic promotion as seats free up. Attendees can bring up to five guests in person, all covered by the same ticket.

The door
The line moves because the scan does.
At the door, a phone becomes the guest list. QR tickets scan straight from a phone or a printed pass, the rear camera opens automatically so staff never fumble with settings, and a PIN fallback covers the rare phone that will not cooperate. A ticket that already scanned gets rejected on the second attempt, and for group tickets, one scan checks in the entire party at once so a family doesn't queue twice. Volunteers and staff assigned to the event get an automatic welcome email with what they need to know before doors open.

Wallet passes
The right pass finds the right pocket.
After checkout, one tap adds every ticket in the order to a phone's wallet, Apple or Google, detected automatically so nobody has to choose the right button. A family buying four tickets gets one tap, not four. Once the event ends, the pass quietly deactivates on its own, no lingering ticket cluttering a wallet for an event that already happened.

Waivers that sign themselves
Signed before anyone thinks to ask.
Turn on the waiver requirement and an RSVP shows Pending Waiver until it's cleared, with a sign link emailed out immediately, no account or password required. The signing page shows the full waiver text, signs with a slide gesture, and closes with confetti; the signed PDF is emailed back automatically and the ticket flips to Confirmed. Anyone who shows up unsigned hits a wall at the door: the scanner blocks entry, and staff either resend the link on the spot or log a written bypass reason that stays on the record permanently. Reminders go out at 72 hours and again at 24 hours so most waivers are signed before anyone reaches the door. The waiver toggle is a Premium plan feature on single property events.

Raffle mode
The room goes quiet, then it doesn't.
Raffle mode turns a corner of the party into the main event. Staff type unit entries in as people arrive, with a duplicate guard so nobody gets double odds by accident, then hit draw. An eight second shuffle animation builds the room to a full stop before a cryptographically random winner lands on screen with confetti. The previous winners list stays visible so the room can see who's already won, and draw again pulls the next prize straight from the same live page. It's a genuine crowd pleaser, built to be run from a laptop on a table, not a back office.

Reminders, notifications, and surveys
The follow through happens without a follow up.
Automatic reminders land at 24 hours and again at 1 hour before an event starts, push and email, so attendance doesn't rely on anyone remembering. A send notification composer covers everything outside the automatic reminders: pick the audience, see the last time this event was messaged, schedule a send for later, and a duplicate throttle stops the same notification going out twice by accident. Events are part of the wider communication story too, covered on the communication and community page. Once the event ends, a survey goes out and reports its response rate against actual check ins, not just invites, alongside star breakdowns, a would attend again split, and an AI written summary that reads the feedback so nobody has to. Surveys are a Kore and Premium plan feature.

Vendor coordination
The whole crew, confirmed before the day.
An Event Vendors tab invites outside vendors, caterers, entertainment, rentals, photography, decor, and security, to work a specific event. Each invitation goes out as a secure emailed link the vendor accepts or declines with no login required, and staff watch status update live and resend any invitation that's gone quiet.
