Buildings collect payments for amenity bookings and event tickets right inside URBI, with refundable damage deposits that can be scheduled to collect closer to the booking date so residents pay nothing today. Staff keep or return a deposit with a category, reason, and photo evidence in one popup, or reverse a kept deposit later. Cash, cheque, and e transfer payments record alongside card payments, refunds process straight from the booking page, and payouts land on a nightly schedule.
