Accounting
One place for every vendor and payee
Service vendors and accounting payees now share a single searchable panel. Badges show which is which, and each vendor carries a default expense category that URBI learns from how you actually code their bills.
Accounting
Ownership changes settle the real closing balance
When a home changes hands, URBI settles the departing owner's actual final balance, net of any credits, as part of the transfer. You get a preview before you commit and a household checklist to work through, instead of assuming the balance is zero.
Accounting
Charges have a home in the Transaction Center
Charges are now a first-class record alongside invoices and payments, with their own tab. You can stage a charge as a draft and activate it when you are ready.
Improved
Accounting
Invoice payment history you can trust
The Payments and Refunds tab is now a complete log. Fully refunded payments show correctly, and the paid and refundable balances reflect what actually happened.
Accounting
Direct payments settle the moment you record them
A direct payment or quick expense is marked Paid as soon as you record it, because the money has already moved. Approval becomes an after-the-fact review that never blocks or reverses the payment.
Fixed
Payments
An abandoned payment no longer locks an invoice
If a card, Apple Pay, or bank verification payment stalls or is abandoned, the invoice no longer stays locked. It clears itself, including on split invoices with more than one payer. Residents do not need to update the app.
Arthur
Payment reminders are sending reliably again
Arthur's automated payment reminder emails are going out again, and push notifications now name the correct property.
Everything Running As It Should?
System status shows how every part of URBI is performing right now, updated as things change.
