Every filter now lives in one search bar

Type to search titles and descriptions, or pick a filter from the bar: property, status, priority, category, project, tag, scheduled, dates, people, unit and where it came from. Each choice shows as a chip you can click to edit or remove.

Tasks gets the same search bar as Service Tickets

Tasks moved off its old search box and separate filter panel, so both screens now look and work the same way. Tasks search only ever looks inside tasks you created, are assigned to, or follow.

Filter by several properties at once

Pick one or more properties right in the search bar. Picking a single property in the side panel replaces the property filter, and All Properties clears it.

Filter by who created it, who it is assigned to, and who follows it

Created by, Assigned to and Collaborators are separate filters, so the person assigned is never counted as a collaborator.

Date filters with quick picks and a custom range

Filter by scheduled, created, due or completed date using quick picks such as today, this week, last or next 7 and 30 days, and this month, or open the multi-month calendar for a custom range.

Filter by unit and by where it came from

Narrow the list to one or more units, or to items raised by staff, by a resident, or by Arthur. Each unit is labelled with its own property's word for it.

The full set of filters now works on phones

Tap the search bar to open a filter panel with everything the desktop offers, including date quick picks and multi-select pickers. Phones had none of these filters before.

Search for a property by name, address or city

When you have more than five properties, the property switcher opens with a search box. Type part of a name, address or city, use the arrow keys and Enter to pick, and Escape to clear.

Switching properties never shows the previous property

After you switch, every page, list and dashboard widget shows only the new property's information, even if the previous property's data was still loading.

On Service Tickets and Tasks, type into the Property picker in the side panel to find a property quickly.

Imported ledgers open with their real beginning balances

A GL history import now keeps each account's stated beginning balance and posts it as that account's opening balance, instead of opening every account at zero. Undoing the import removes these entries, and a retry never posts them twice.

Owing, Paid and Balance at a glance

Billing accounts, unit activity and a vendor's Billing tab now show Owing, Paid and Balance tiles, including balances brought in by an import.

Reconcile an import row by row, and download its reports

While resolving an import, every GL account and unit row shows its debits, credits, net change and how many entries are included, held or excluded. Trial Balance and GL Account reports, in Excel or PDF, are available from Review and from Import History.

Add a manual bank account using a cash account you already have

Adding a bank account manually now lets you pick an existing cash account or create a new one, instead of always creating a new account.

When buildings share parking, the Parking page and its dashboard widgets now include every building that shares it with the one you have selected.

Side panel counts, board column counts and totals on Service Tickets and Tasks now follow every filter and search you apply, so they always agree with the rows on screen.

The side panel on Service Tickets and Tasks now holds only the property list and your saved views. All filtering happens in the search bar.

Bank account numbers are entered once

Numbers are captured when a bank account is added and then reused by Collections and Payouts, which now only ask you to pick the account, the legal name and the issuer number. After saving, only the institution and last four digits are shown.

Collections and Payouts appear once National Bank is set up

Collections, Payouts, the Collected this month tile and the Payment files tab now show only on properties with a National Bank account, and say Unavailable if that check cannot load.

Correcting a bank feed's ledger account carries everything with it

Changing the ledger account on a bank feed now moves its unsettled bank lines and any Collections or Payouts setup tied to it in one step.

Every payout screen now uses the same rule for the daily 1:30pm cutoff, so a confirmed pay date no longer quietly slips a day.

A reversed or cancelled payout shows as Returned or Cancelled and no longer counts toward Paid. A retry that lands back on hold now emails the vendor, and you can send a reminder when the first notice never went out.

Opening a large folder is about 40% faster, and a slow attachment folder listing that could time out now answers in a few seconds.

Imports with thousands of lines now resolve, commit, discard and load Review and reports without failing, and each Import History row has one Reports button.

A link to a specific ticket or task, such as one in an email, now opens that item on a computer or a phone, not just the list.

The phone board now has To Do, In Review and Archived columns, so tickets no longer disappear under a status filter.

The search bar behaves as you expect

Pressing Enter on a plain word searches for it, Cancel on a chip leaves the filter as it was, and a completed date range finds completed items. Same-named options from different properties show their property's name.

Problems are shown, not hidden

A loading error keeps the search bar usable instead of replacing the page, pickers that fail to load offer Try again, and a task that fails to save now says so.

Paying bills by direct deposit works end to end

Choosing Direct deposit in Pay Bills now loads, and vendors with bank details on file are paid. Going Back to change the payment method keeps your chosen bills and amounts.

Safer direct deposit payouts

Direct deposit is limited to bills in Canadian dollars, and when a bank returns a payment because an account is closed, that vendor's other queued payouts are held until they update their details.

Refused moves and renames on the Documents page and in the vendor Documents tab now show the reason instead of failing quietly.

Retrying a failed import works again

Retry now goes through even when the earlier undo has expired, and a retry reuses the payer's billing account instead of creating a duplicate invoice.

Transactions that mention "Total" are no longer dropped

A dated transaction whose memo contains Total or Subtotal is now imported. Undated subtotal rows are still skipped.

Reports never mix old and new numbers

An import report now refuses to build if the import changes while it is being read, and a download that cannot succeed tells you what to do instead of offering Retry.

An event that is still showing on a lobby display keeps its image after the daily refresh.
