The New HERO Workspace

HERO now opens as a focused three-part workspace: conversation history and search at the top, the current conversation in the middle, and a composer with suggested next steps at the bottom. The same workspace adapts to the compact mobile drawer without changing how your conversations work.

HERO can now:

suggest relevant starting questions and follow-up chips;
group several proposed actions into one numbered plan;
show the real status of every action, including failures and long-running work;
present several charts or tables in one answer;
export the complete result behind an abbreviated table;
create tasks, vendor RFPs or direct work orders, and unit access requests through the same reviewed action flow as other HERO actions.
answer permitted accounting-summary questions and prepare reviewed journal-entry corrections, voids, or reversals.

The animated HERO orb and usage meter show when HERO is ready, thinking, or approaching the property's weekly AI allowance.

Who can use this: Staff, board members, and property managers who already have access to HERO. Existing role and property permissions still apply to every lookup and action.

Where to find it: Open HERO from the app navigation or use the HERO entry in the command palette.
