This release adds four capabilities to amenity bookings, spanning both the staff dashboard and the resident app.
Deferred deposit collection (staff-configured, resident-facing). Staff can set an amenity so the refundable deposit is collected closer to the booking date instead of all at once. Any required fees are still charged right away. The resident's slot is held immediately, and a payment link is emailed and pushed to them automatically before the booking starts.
Multi-day bookings with a service buffer (staff-configured, resident-facing). Staff can allow an amenity to be booked across multiple days (like a guest suite) and add a cooldown period after each booking so cleaning or maintenance can happen before the next reservation. Residents book multi-day stays from a date-range calendar.
Vendor notification rules (staff-only). Staff can set up rules so that confirming certain bookings automatically creates a service ticket, assigns a vendor, schedules their visit, and emails them a work order, with no manual follow-up required.
Booking overrides with a required reason (staff-only). When creating a booking that conflicts with another reservation's buffer window, staff can override the conflict and proceed, after entering a reason that is saved to the booking's audit trail.
Who can use it: Staff and PMs with amenity edit permission configure these features from each amenity's settings. Multi-day bookings and vendor rules require a KORE or PREMIUM property. Residents see the pay-early and multi-day booking options automatically once staff turn them on, no resident-side setup is needed.
Where to find it: Open any amenity to edit it. Deferred deposit lives in the Pricing tab, multi-day and buffer settings live in the Schedule tab, and Vendor Rules is a new tab.
