Hero only shows a person what their permissions allow. Those permissions are set per building, under Settings, on each user.
It means that data is switched off for that person on that building, not that the data is missing. Open Settings, find the user, and check the permission for that area. Saving their permissions is enough to correct it.
Hero now tells you when it cannot see an area, rather than staying silent or implying there is nothing there. If Hero says a building has none of something, that is a genuine answer about your data.
Hero checks each part of an activity recap separately. If you cannot see one part, Hero leaves it out and tells you that it was left out. It does not describe that part as a quiet period.
If you cannot see any part of the recap, Hero says that plainly instead of showing an empty looking recap.
If a building does not have accounting enabled, Hero will say so plainly instead of suggesting your permissions are the problem.
Notes in Hero follow the same permission as the Notes screen. If someone can open Notes in the app, Hero will discuss notes with them. If they cannot, Hero will not.
Notes marked internal are for staff and board only. Residents never see them, and residents do not see unit notes at all.
