- Open the inbox conversation you want to answer.
- Select Ask Hero above the composer.
- Tell HERO what kind of reply you need.
- Select Draft with Hero.
- Review the streamed draft.
If the composer was empty, the draft appears in it as HERO writes. If you already had text, HERO asks before replacing it.
Replace and Undo
When you choose Replace draft, URBI keeps your previous text for ten seconds. Select Undo during that window to restore it.
Changing conversations cancels the old composer operation. A late result from the previous conversation cannot overwrite the active conversation’s text.
Send remains manual
HERO never presses Send. Edit the result as needed, attach files normally, and send it through the existing inbox composer.
If sending fails, URBI preserves the text and attachment so you can try again.
