Why does each property show a different send time in my delivery report?

When you schedule a post, the time you enter is applied in each property's own local timezone. For example, if you schedule for 9:00 AM and you have one property in Calgary (Mountain Time) and one in Toronto (Eastern Time), Calgary residents receive the post at 9:00 AM Calgary time and Toronto residents receive it at 9:00 AM Toronto time. The two underlying delivery times will differ — that is expected behavior, not an error.

Can I set a different audience for each property in a group?

No. When you post to two or more properties at once, the audience is automatically set to all occupants for every property in the group. If you need to target a specific unit group within a property, create a separate single-property post for that property.

What happens to a property I remove from a group while editing?

That property's copy of the post is permanently deleted. Residents of the removed property who already received a push notification or email will not be affected, but the post will no longer appear in their news feed.

Can I convert a single-property post into a multi-property group later?

No. Once a post is published to a single property, it cannot be merged into a group. To send the same content to additional properties, create a new multi-property post.

I do not see the Properties multi-select — I only see a single-property dropdown.

The multi-select field is only available to users with the News — Create permission on two or more properties. If you manage only one property, the drawer shows a standard single-property selector and behaves exactly as before. If you manage multiple properties but still see a single-property field, contact your platform administrator to verify your permissions.

I received a "permission denied" error when trying to post to a specific property.

You can only post to properties where you have the News — Create permission. If you selected a property you do not have permission for, URBI blocks the entire post and shows which properties were denied. Remove the denied properties and try again, or ask your administrator to grant you access.
