Help articles, release notes, and the live state of every URBI service are now public at myurbi.co. None of them need a login, so you can send a link straight to a resident or a board member and they will be able to open it.

The help centre

Everything lives at myurbi.co/help, grouped by product area so you can browse to the right corner rather than guessing.

To search, press Command K, or Control K on Windows, from anywhere on the page. Results come in two parts: direct matches on the words you typed appear first, then related articles appear below a divider, which is useful when you know the problem but not the wording URBI uses for it.

Because articles are public, the link you copy from the address bar is the link you can paste into an email to somebody who has no URBI account.

Release notes

Release notes are at myurbi.co/resources/releases, as a dated timeline. The one question that page answers is what changed and when.

Each entry breaks its changes into kinds, so you can scan for the sort you care about:

  • New, something that did not exist before

  • Improved, something that already existed and now works better

  • Fixed, a defect that has been corrected

  • Security, a change to how access or data is protected

  • Removed, something taken away

Click any release to read the full detail of every change in it.

Service status

myurbi.co/resources/status shows whether URBI is running, without you needing to ask anybody.

Seven services are tracked, each with its current state and how long it has been that way:

  1. HERO AI

  2. Arthur

  3. URBI Kore

  4. Resident App

  5. Portal

  6. Accounting

  7. Payments

Below the service list you will find anything happening right now, with a timestamped trail of updates as the situation develops, any scheduled maintenance that has not started yet, and the resolved incidents and completed maintenance from the last ninety days.

The page refreshes itself every minute while you have it open, and pauses while the tab is in the background so it is not working when nobody is looking.

When the status page cannot reach its data

If the page cannot load current service health, it says so plainly and tells you to try again shortly. It will not show everything as green instead. A status page that claims all is well without evidence is the one thing it must never do, so an honest "we cannot tell you right now" is deliberate.
