Learn how to attach and link supporting documents to board decisions in URBI Kore.
Last updated
When creating or reviewing a board decision, supporting documents provide the context board members need to make informed votes. URBI Kore lets you link documents to board decisions so everything is connected in one place.
Navigate to Board Decisions and click New Decision.
Enter the title, description, and category for the decision.
In the creation form, use the document upload area to attach files. Drag and drop files or click to browse. Supported formats include PDF, DOCX, XLSX, and common image formats. Each file can be up to 10 MB.
Click Create Decision. The documents are uploaded to the private documents storage bucket and linked to the decision.
Click on any open decision to open the detail drawer.
Click the Documents tab (the second tab in the drawer).
Use the upload interface to add more supporting documents. These become available to all board members immediately.
Board members open the decision detail drawer and switch to the Documents tab. Each file can be viewed or downloaded. Files are served through secure signed URLs that expire after one hour. If a link expires, refreshing the page generates a new one.
Documents attached to board decisions are stored in a private bucket and are only accessible to:
Verified board members for the property
Users with Board Admin or Property Manager roles
Regular residents cannot see documents attached to board decisions.
Attach all relevant documents when creating the decision so board members have everything from the start
For lengthy documents, mention the key pages or sections in the decision description
Use PDF format for final documents to preserve formatting across devices
Name files descriptively (e.g., "Q1-2026-Budget-Proposal.pdf") so board members know what they are reviewing
