How to choose which property a note belongs to from the note window, pin important notes, and filter to just the pinned notes across one or all properties.

Two additions make notes easier to file and find: you can choose which property a note belongs to right from the note window, and you can pin important notes so they rise to the top.
Who can do this: Any staff member, property manager, or board member who can create and view notes.
If you have access to more than one property, the note window now shows a property picker at the top, set to your current property by default. Pick a different property to file the note there instead.
You can also do this from the keyboard: type ! in the text box and start typing a property name, then choose it from the list, the same way @ tags a person and # tags a unit.
If you only have one property, the picker is hidden; there's nothing to choose.
Open the notes list and use the pin control on any note card to pin it. Pinned notes are the ones you want to keep visible, for example an active incident or a standing instruction.
Both the Notes module and the dashboard note widgets now have a Pinned filter, shown next to the note-type filters. Turn it on to see only pinned notes.
A note counts as pinned if either you pinned the note itself, or it was already pinned to you as a recipient; both show up under the Pinned filter.
If you're viewing All Properties in the Notes module, the Pinned filter gathers the pinned notes from every property you have access to, so you get one combined view of everything that's been flagged as important.
