How folders and files work on the Documents page, which behaves much like the file browser on your computer.

Overview of Documents Page

Creating and managing documents all happens in one place on the documents page.

Understand Folders and Files

From here you have folders and you have files, and this works similarly to your current operating system on your current laptop or computer.

Navigate Through Folders

Simply double click a folder to enter it. At the top left, you can see the path you are currently in, and you can click any of these folder names to go back to that folder.

Open Files Easily

Likewise with files, simply double click the file and you can open up the file.

Non-Deletable Folders

Some folders you cannot delete, such as the Unit folder, News folder, and Service Tickets folder, but feel free to add any folders or documents that you'd like.

Add New Folder

In the top right, click Add, then click Add Folder, and it will add it to the current folder you are in. For my example, I will create a new folder in the Units folder.

Open Units Folder

I'll double-click to open the Units folder, and I'll add a folder here.

Add Document to Folder

From within this folder, I'll add a document. There we go.

Toggle Document Privacy

You have some options with documents. For example, you can click this button to make them public or private.

Use Document Actions Menu

and the drop-down menu, where you can make a copy, move the document to another folder, rename it, open it, download it, share it, or delete it.

File Type Specific Buttons

As well, for certain types of files, such as PDFs or Word documents, you have two more buttons.

Toggle Hero AI Readability

This one enables and disables that this document is readable by Hero AI. This is very useful in the case where a document is used as your hero's knowledge base.

Mark Document as Procedure

This one here is very similar, but more specific. You can mark or not mark this document as a procedure.

AI Readable Procedure Explanation

So as long as the document is AI readable, you can now consider it a procedure for the property that your AI can read.
