Last updated
You can attach files to any note in URBI Kore. Photos from an inspection, a contractor quote, a PDF report, or any other file can be uploaded alongside your note so everything stays in one place.
Click the + button to start a new note.
Below the text area, click the Add documents button (marked with an upload icon).
Your device's file picker opens. Select one or multiple files. There are no strict file type restrictions, so you can upload PDFs, Word documents, spreadsheets, images, and more.
Selected files appear in an animated list below the button. Each file shows its name and a remove (X) button. You can add more files or remove any before submitting.
Click Create note. Your files are uploaded and linked to the note automatically.
Open any note to see its detail view. Attached documents appear below the note text with file type icons:
Images (PNG, JPG): Show a small thumbnail preview
Videos: Display a video file icon
Audio: Display a music icon
Archives (ZIP, RAR): Display an archive icon
Other files: Display a generic file icon
Click any document to open it in a new tab. Files are accessed through secure signed URLs that refresh automatically.
Documents are stored securely in a private storage bucket. Each file is saved under the note's unique ID with a timestamp, so files with the same name on different notes will not conflict.
Attach photos directly from an inspection walk-through to create a visual record
Upload contractor quotes alongside an Action-type note so the team can review and follow up
Keep file names descriptive (e.g., "lobby-water-damage-march-2026.jpg") for easier searching later
