HERO now works through data questions step by step across multiple sources, tells you honestly when it can't find an answer, shows a "What I checked" panel, and lets you save reusable queries.

When you ask HERO a data question, like how many gym bookings did we have last month, HERO now works through it step by step instead of taking one guess. It checks different sources, and if the first approach does not turn up an answer, it tries another before responding. If it truly cannot find an answer, it tells you honestly instead of making one up.
Every data-question answer now includes a "What I checked" panel you can expand to see exactly what HERO looked at.
After an analytical answer, save the question as a reusable query from "My saved queries," available across every property you have access to. Run it again later, refine it in chat, or remove it if it stops being useful.
HERO also has a new animated orb showing whether it is waiting, thinking, or done, in chat and in the command palette. Palette answers now show the same "what I checked" summary, with a one-click handoff into the full HERO chat.
Who can use this: Staff, board members, and property managers.
Where to find it: Open HERO from the sidebar, or press Cmd or Ctrl plus K anywhere in URBI.
