Uploading a CSV no longer contacts anyone. Once your locations and people are in URBI as Pending Invite, this page is how you actually notify them, on your own schedule, from the same drawer.
Where to find it. Settings, then the Locations card, then Manage Locations, then the Bulk Actions tab. Below the upload area is a Launch block with two cards: Bulk Invite and Send Reminder.
Who can use it. Staff, property staff and board members whose Add People permission is turned on for the property. The counts and cards are visible to everyone who can open the drawer; pressing the button is what's actually gated. A person without the permission sees the same cards, and only finds out when they click.
Each card shows live counts and, once used, the date it last ran:
Both cards refresh their counts while a run is active, roughly every 5 seconds, so you can watch the pending count drop without reopening the drawer.
Sends the welcome email to everyone still Pending Invite, and delivers the held "added to your location" notice to everyone already registered from this import. Press Bulk Invite, confirm in the dialog, and the button immediately flips to Sending in the background. You do not have to keep the drawer open; closing it, navigating away, or another manager opening the drawer all show the same busy state, because it's read from the real run, not guessed locally.
Only one Bulk Invite run per property can be active at once. Pressing it again while one is running is refused with a toast; nothing extra is sent.
When the run finishes, you get one entry in the notification bell with the result counts, for example how many welcome emails sent and how many held notices delivered. No phone push is sent for it. Clicking the entry opens Property Settings for that property.
A note on failures. A welcome that fails to send is never automatically retried by Bulk Invite itself. Run Send Reminder afterwards; it detects a failed, never-reminded welcome and re-sends the welcome wording, not the reminder wording.
Nudges anyone who was invited but has not yet signed up. It skips anyone emailed, welcome or reminder, in the last 3 days, so pressing it right after Bulk Invite typically does very little, which is expected, not a bug. Same background behavior as Bulk Invite: a confirmation dialog, an immediate busy state, a result in the notification bell.
A Pending Invite person carries a neutral pill instead of the green Invited pill, and Resend Invite does not appear for them, since Bulk Invite is the only way they get their first email:
Once Bulk Invite runs for someone, their pill changes from Pending Invite to Invited, and Resend Invite becomes available for them.
A staff member without the Add People permission for that property sees the same cards and counts as everyone else; the denial only appears once they click Bulk Invite or Send Reminder, with a message telling them to check their permission. No confirmation dialog opens, and nothing was ever sent. Resend Invite on someone already invited keeps working for them regardless, since resend creates nothing new.
