The search bar above the Units list now doubles as a filter bar. You can still type a plain word to search, but you can also type the name of a filter, like status, balance or pet, and pick a value to add it as a colored chip right there in the bar. No need to open a separate panel first.
Who can use it: Any staff member, property manager or board member with access to the property. The money and accounting filters only appear when accounting is turned on for that property and you have accounting access.
Where to find it: Go to Units. The bar sits directly above the unit cards, and it works the same way on a phone.
The filters are grouped so they stay easy to scan, and each group carries its own color:
A filter from each group, shown as chips in the bar.
Two shortcuts save a step. Type # to jump straight to unit numbers, and @ to jump straight to a person by name, so you can find a unit by who lives in it.
Chips stack. Add as many as you need and they narrow the list together, along with any plain text you typed. A count above the list tells you how many units match.
The same bar, with the same filters and the same chips, is on the phone view of Units.
