What determines whether you get a Chief of Staff briefing

If you already know how the Chief of Staff toggle works, this is the short version of what else now decides whether your briefing actually arrives.

Two things, beyond your own switch

1. Your property's plan. Chief of Staff is included with certain URBI plans. If your property's plan does not include it, briefings will not go out, even if you have Chief of Staff switched on in your own settings. Ask your property administrator if you are not sure what your property's plan includes.
2. Recent activity. You need to have actually opened and used URBI within the last 30 days. A browser tab that has been sitting open and signed in, but forgotten, no longer counts as activity. Opening URBI and using it, the way you normally would, is what keeps you active.

How to start receiving briefings again

1. Open URBI and use it as you normally would. Simply loading the app registers you as active.
2. Go to Personal Settings > Preferences and make sure Chief of Staff is switched on.

If briefings still do not arrive after doing both of those, your property's plan likely does not include Chief of Staff. Check with your property administrator.

What has not changed

The timing, the email, and what is inside a briefing are all the same as before. This only affects who is eligible to receive one.
