Trusted forwarding addresses tell Arthur which senders it can trust to forward resident and owner emails on your behalf. When a trusted, verified address forwards a message into Arthur, Arthur replies to the original sender instead of the forwarder. You can manage this list in two places: during Arthur's initial setup, and any time afterward from the Hero Arthur card.
Who can do this: Staff, property managers, and board members.
Start the Arthur setup wizard. Go to your property's Settings, open the Services tab, and click Set Up Arthur.
Reach the Email Address step. Move through the wizard to Step 2, Email Address. Below the email-forwarding instructions box, you'll see the Trusted forwarding addresses field.
Add an address. Type an email address (for example, your front desk's shared inbox) and press Enter, or type a comma, to add it as a chip. If the text isn't a valid email address, an inline error appears and nothing is added; fix it and try again. Adding an address that's already on the list is harmless: URBI quietly ignores the repeat.
Repeat for any other addresses, then continue through the rest of the wizard. You don't have to add any addresses to finish setup: see "If you leave the list empty" below.
Open the Hero Arthur card. Go to your property's Settings, open the Services tab, and find the Hero Arthur card. The trusted-forwarding field only appears once Arthur is active.
Find the Trusted forwarding addresses field. Scroll down within the card to the Trusted forwarding addresses section.
Add an address. Type an email address and press Enter, or a comma, to add it as a chip. Changes save automatically: watch for the Saving... indicator, followed by a Saved confirmation, next to the field label.
In either location, click the × on an address chip to remove it. In the Hero Arthur card, the removal saves immediately.
Forwarded-email handling works even with an empty list. By default, Arthur trusts forwards from your property's own recognized staff, PM, and board members. Add an address here only when you also want to trust a forwarder outside that group, such as a shared front-desk or management-company inbox.
