  • Change how a result looks
  • Export the complete list
  • Build a multi-sheet Excel workbook

HERO can show more than one result in a single answer. Use the tabs above the result to move between each chart or table without leaving the conversation.

Change how a result looks

Use the result toolbar to switch among compatible chart types. Open the color control to choose from the approved HERO palette. These display changes do not alter the underlying data.

Export the complete list

Large results may show only a preview in chat. To export every row:

  1. Select Export full list from the result toolbar.
  2. Review the confirmation, including the expected size and the 50,000-row maximum.
  3. Confirm the export.
  4. Keep HERO open or return later while the export runs. The status is saved with the conversation.
  5. Download the CSV when the export reaches Completed.

HERO exports only from the accepted, property-scoped query that produced the result. It cannot accept a new query from the browser, and every export is recorded for audit purposes.

If the export fails, use Retry. A retry creates a new attempt rather than reusing the failed run.

Build a multi-sheet Excel workbook

Use Build Excel when one HERO answer contains several related tables. The workbook starts with a README sheet containing the question, property, generation time and timezone, a protected-field notice, and links to each data sheet. The directory shows the returned row count beside every link. Every result section receives its own sheet with a link back to README.

The workbook preserves dates and currency as spreadsheet values, adds totals where appropriate, and can use cross-sheet lookup formulas when sections share a unit or occupant key. Empty sections remain visible and say that no rows were returned, so a missing sheet is never mistaken for a successful empty result.

HERO validates those README details, directory counts, links, and result sheets before making the workbook available. If the first generated file does not meet the contract, HERO retries once automatically. Protected payment identifiers, tax or bank-account numbers, private document links, passwords, and access tokens remain omitted from every sheet.
