When one request needs several steps, HERO groups them into a numbered plan instead of showing unrelated confirmation cards.

Review one action

  1. Read the action summary and its audience, privacy, timing, or record details.
  2. Choose Edit if anything needs to change.
  3. Choose Accept to run that action, or Reject to cancel it.
  4. Watch the status on the card:
    • Processing… means the action is running.
    • Completed means the saved record or send finished.
    • Failed includes the reason and offers Retry and Edit.
    • Still running, check back shortly means HERO has not received a final result yet. It does not mean the action succeeded.

Approve or reject a whole plan

  • Approve all runs pending actions in order. HERO stops at the first failure so later actions are not sent accidentally.
  • Reject all cancels every action that is still awaiting approval.
  • Actions that already completed, failed, or were rejected are not run again by Approve all.

If the recipients of a floor-based message change between proposal and approval, HERO pauses and shows what was added or removed. Choose Use updated list to approve the current property-scoped audience, or Edit to choose recipients yourself.

New operational actions

  • Create task: review the title, description, priority, due date, assignee, collaborators, notification audience, unit, and privacy before accepting.
  • Vendor RFP / direct work order: review the linked service ticket, vendors, mode, and optional purchase-order number. The completed card reports vendors whose notification was sent and any vendor that needs follow-up.
  • Request unit access: choose attached or standalone, optional or mandatory, the property-local access window, rescheduling permission, units or custom groups, and the community member types to notify. HERO warns about overlapping open access requests before you accept.
