Edit shared content, add or remove properties, or delete an entire grouped multi-property news post.

When you publish news to multiple properties at once, the post appears in your News list as a single entry with an N properties badge (for example, "3 properties"). You can open that entry to edit the shared content, add or remove properties, or delete the entire group.
In the News list, find the entry with the N properties badge and click on it to open the drawer.
Once the drawer is open, you can update the title, body, level, and image. These fields are shared — your changes apply to every property in the group.
If the post was scheduled, you can also change the scheduled time. The label "shown in each property's local time" still applies — the new wall-clock time is converted to the correct local time for each property automatically. A scheduled post stays scheduled when you save — it is not published early.
Click Save to apply your changes to all properties in the group.
In the Properties field at the top of the drawer, you can:
Add a property: Click the field and select a property that is not yet in the group. When you save, a new news entry is created for that property and its residents receive a push notification and email.
Remove a property: Click the × on a property tag to remove it. When you save, that property's copy of the post is deleted and its residents will not see the post going forward.
You must keep at least one property selected.
Click Save after making your changes.
To remove the post from all properties at once, scroll to the bottom of the drawer and click Delete group. This permanently deletes the news entry for every property in the group. Residents who already received the push notification or email will not be affected, but the post will no longer appear in their news feed.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
