Post news to multiple properties at once — in a single action.

The Multi-Property News Fan-Out feature lets you publish a news post to two or more of your properties simultaneously. Select individual properties or use the "All my properties" toggle, and URBI creates a separate news entry for each property — complete with its own push notification, email delivery, and schedule time shown in that property's local timezone.

Who can use it: Any staff member, property manager, or board member who has the News — Create permission on a property.

Where to find it: Log in to the URBI dashboard → News in the left sidebar → click the + button (or "Create post") to open the news drawer.

When you select only one property, the drawer works exactly as before — including custom audience groups. When you select two or more properties, the post is sent to all occupants of each selected property and custom audience groups are not available for that post.
