Released: May 2026

This release improves how staff, board members, and PMs create, manage, and communicate about events — and adds a secure access flow for residents attending restricted events.

What shipped

  • Edit event category — change an event's category directly from the edit drawer without recreating the event.

  • Danger Zone — delete or cancel events from inside the edit drawer, with a guided confirmation flow when attendees are signed up.

  • Consolidated Send Notification — one button replaces two; shows when the last notification was sent and lets you target ticket holders or all community members.

  • Maintenance event type — a new category for scheduled building work. Residents cannot RSVP; no tickets or policies required.

  • Public OTP event access — residents access group-restricted events via a secure email + one-time code link, no account needed.

  • News shortcut change — create news from anywhere with Shift+N; N alone still opens notes.

Who can use it

All features in this release are for staff, board members, and property managers. The public event access page is also reachable by residents and invitees via a shared link.
