Why is my Publish button disabled on a paid event?

Paid events now require a saved refund policy before publishing. Click Generate refund policy in the Refund Policy section of the event drawer, review the draft, and save it to unlock the Publish button.

Can I still publish a free event without a waiver?

Yes. Free events with no waiver requirement publish normally. The refund policy gate only applies to events with at least one paid ticket tier.

What happens if a resident has not signed the waiver when I scan their ticket?

A "Waiver pending" warning modal appears. You can either send the resident the waiver link right then, or bypass with a documented reason. Either way, the outcome is recorded in the event activity log with your name and timestamp so property management has a full audit trail.

What happens if I bypass a "Waiver pending" warning at scan?

The bypass is logged to the event activity log with your name, the timestamp, and the reason you entered. It is visible to property management at any time for audit purposes.

A vendor is not responding to my invite. What can I do?

Go to the Vendors tab on the event, find the vendor row, and click Resend invite. This sends a fresh invite email with a new 14 day secure token, invalidating the old link.

Why does my Send Reminder button stop working after I click it once?

Broadcast reminders are throttled to once every 30 minutes to prevent accidental mass emails. Wait out the 30 minute window and the button will become active again.

How does the wallet smart link work?

When a resident taps the wallet link in their ticket confirmation email, Kore detects their device automatically. iPhone users get an Apple Wallet pass and Android users get a Google Wallet pass, with no separate links needed.
