Answers to common questions about the Spring 2026 Events refresh: the refund policy gate, waiver handling at scan, vendor invites, reminders, and wallet links.

Paid events now require a saved refund policy before publishing. Click Generate refund policy in the Refund Policy section of the event drawer, review the draft, and save it to unlock the Publish button.
Yes. Free events with no waiver requirement publish normally. The refund policy gate only applies to events with at least one paid ticket tier.
A "Waiver pending" warning modal appears. You can either send the resident the waiver link right then, or bypass with a documented reason. Either way, the outcome is recorded in the event activity log with your name and timestamp so property management has a full audit trail.
The bypass is logged to the event activity log with your name, the timestamp, and the reason you entered. It is visible to property management at any time for audit purposes.
Go to the Vendors tab on the event, find the vendor row, and click Resend invite. This sends a fresh invite email with a new 14 day secure token, invalidating the old link.
Broadcast reminders are throttled to once every 30 minutes to prevent accidental mass emails. Wait out the 30 minute window and the button will become active again.
When a resident taps the wallet link in their ticket confirmation email, Kore detects their device automatically. iPhone users get an Apple Wallet pass and Android users get a Google Wallet pass, with no separate links needed.
