Released: August 2026

Three things changed for events: what a ticket holder gets on their phone, whether your events reach the lobby and elevator screens, and where the codes on those screens actually go.

What shipped

  • One wallet pass per ticket. A person who books three tickets now gets three passes, each with its own barcode. Previously an order produced a single pass, so only one guest could be scanned in.
  • The event photo is the pass. If the event has a photo, it appears on the pass and sets the pass colour. Events with no photo look the way they always did.
  • Choose all or one. On an order with several tickets, the ticket holder can save the whole order in one tap or save a single ticket to pass on to a guest.
  • Add to wallet in the app, not just the browser. The wallet controls sit on the ticket screen in the URBI app, which is where checkout lands, so the option is there the moment a purchase completes.
  • Events reach your screens. Published events now appear on the lobby and elevator displays alongside building news. This had never worked.
  • The codes on your screens go somewhere. The QR code on a news item or event now opens the article or the event page. Codes already printed and hanging on a screen were repaired, not just new ones.

Who this is for

Staff, board members, and property managers create the events and run the screens. Ticket holders see the wallet changes. Nothing here needs a setting turned on, with one exception noted in Events on your building screens.
