Paid events now require a refund policy before the Publish button becomes active. This protects both residents and your property from disputes. Kore will draft the policy for you based on your event details, so you just review and save it.

Steps

  1. Open the event you want to publish, or create a new one.

  2. Set at least one ticket tier with a price greater than $0. The Publish button will be disabled and a notice will appear explaining that a refund policy is required.

  3. Scroll to the Refund Policy section and click Generate refund policy. Kore uses your event name, dates, and pricing to draft a policy in a few seconds.

  4. Read through the drafted policy. Edit any language that does not match your property's terms. The text area is fully editable.

  5. Click Save policy. The Publish button becomes active.

  6. Click Publish to make the event live and send invitations.

What residents see

Residents see the full refund policy text on the checkout screen before they complete their ticket purchase.
