The Spring 2026 Events refresh delivers a comprehensive overhaul of Kore's event management tools. You can now check in residents with a QR scanner and handle waiver pending tickets without stopping the line, invite and manage vendors with hashed secure tokens, and let residents save their ticket straight to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, all from within the Kore web app.
Who can use this
All features below are available to staff, board members, and property managers. Role specific notes are called out inline where relevant.
Where to find it
Property > Events in the Kore web app. The scan flow is also accessible from a mobile browser when a staff PIN is emailed to check in staff.
Highlights
Refund policy required for paid events. Kore now generates an AI drafted refund policy before you can publish paid tickets. Residents see the policy at checkout.
QR or PIN scan flow with waiver handling. Check in attendees on any device. The app warns you when a waiver is still pending and lets you bypass with a logged reason.
Vendor invite management. Invite vendors by email from the new Vendors tab. They get a secure accept or decline link and an ICS calendar file.
Wallet smart link. One URL delivers an Apple Wallet pass on iPhone or a Google Wallet pass on Android automatically.
Attendee CSV export. Download a filtered attendee list from the Attendees tab at any time.
Volunteer management. Assign volunteers from the Team tab. They can be selected as supply assignees and supply leads.
