Staff or PMs with amenity edit permission on the property. Requires a KORE or PREMIUM property tier. See "How to set up deferred deposit collection" for the steps.
Any resident booking a deferrable amenity sees the "Pay deposit now" toggle automatically; there's no separate permission involved. It's simply part of booking that amenity.
Staff, board members, or PMs with amenity booking edit permission on the property, the same permission that already governs the rest of the amenity booking drawer. This covers all three collect methods and adding an optional item to an existing booking.
Any resident with an outstanding deposit or charge on their own booking can pay it themselves, whether that's paying early or completing a link staff sent. There's no separate opt-in required.
The Audit Log tab on a booking is visible to anyone who can open the booking drawer.
The Payment & Refunds tab, including the "Collected by" summary, is visible to anyone who can open that tab; it doesn't require a separate accounting permission.
Viewing the posted invoice does require accounting read access on the property, separate from booking permissions. Staff without it can still see everything else on the Payment & Refunds tab.
Residents can never collect, waive, or record a manual payment on anyone's booking, including their own. Manual, Void, and adding an optional item are staff-only actions; a resident can only pay what's already owed on their own booking.
