For residents: how to book an amenity for more than one day, such as a guest suite, by selecting a date range in the app.

Some amenities can now be booked for more than one day at a time, such as a guest suite. This guide walks through how to book a date range from the app.
Who this applies to: Residents booking an amenity your property has enabled for multi-day bookings.
Open the amenity and start a new booking.
Select your dates. Tap your check-in date first on the calendar.
Choose your check-out date. After you tap check-in, any dates that would overlap another booking automatically grey out, so you can only pick a valid check-out date.
Set the times, if needed. For amenities booked by the hour, you'll set a check-in time and a check-out time. For amenities with fixed hotel-style timing (for example, 3:00 PM check-in and 10:00 AM check-out), these times are already set for you; you only choose the dates.
Review your total. The screen shows your stay length and total cost. A booking is always billed in full days. For example, a 42-hour stay is billed as 2 full days, never a partial day.
Confirm your booking.
If you try to select dates that overlap another resident's booking, or fall inside the required cleaning time right after another booking, you'll see a message that those dates aren't available. Pick a different check-in date to continue. There's no way to override this from the resident app; if you believe the dates should be open, contact your building staff.
Multi-day booking is a setting your property turns on per amenity. If you don't see a date range option, your property either hasn't enabled it for this amenity, or the amenity only supports single-day bookings by design.
