Approvals is a single pop-up where everything waiting on you is shown as a stack of cards. You go through the cards one at a time and decide each one, without opening every expense, vote or RFP separately.

Who can use it

Approvals is for people who approve expenses and for board members. If nothing is waiting on you, the pop-up simply says "All caught up".

Where to find it

Select the scales icon in the top bar. The icon is only shown to people who approve expenses or sit on a board.

What a card shows

Expenses, board votes and RFPs all use the same card:

  • The type (Expense, Board vote or RFP) and the property, at the top.
  • The title, such as the vendor name or the question being voted on.
  • One large headline figure: the amount for an expense, or "0 of 2 voted" for a board vote.
  • A few key facts as short bullet points.
  • A "View details" link if you want the full record before you decide.

Ways to decide

Swipe the card, use the buttons under it, or use the keyboard arrow keys. You can undo your last decision at any time while the pop-up is open.

To walk through voting step by step, see "How to vote on board decisions in Approvals". To approve expenses and RFPs, see "How to approve expenses and RFPs in Approvals".
