Recipients do not need a Kore login, an app, or a password. They receive a notification containing a private link, and everything happens on that one page.
At the top they see your property's name and logo, the property address, and their unit. Below that is a card with the access details you wrote and the scheduled date and time window.
For a Mandatory notice there is a single button, Acknowledge Notice, which confirms they understand access will be granted at the scheduled time.
For a Request there are two or three:
They can add a note with their answer, which is worth encouraging: "the dog is home, please knock loudly" saves a wasted visit.
An answer is not final. If they open the link again, the page shows what they previously said, along with the date they said it, and tells them they can select any option to update it. The most recent answer is the one your team sees.
Once the scheduled access time has passed, the page locks and explains that the scheduled access time has already occurred and no further response is possible. Before that moment, the link stays usable.
There is no separate response deadline today. If a recipient tells you their link expired, what they have almost certainly hit is the scheduled time passing.
