How to review a vendor's expenses from the Billing tab, open an expense in full detail, and add a new expense with the vendor pre-selected.

Go to the Vendors page and click the vendor you want.
In the vendor drawer, click the Billing tab on the left.
Review the Total spent / Outstanding / Expenses tiles for a quick financial snapshot.
Scroll the list to see individual expenses. Each row shows the date, description, GL account, property, amount, and status. Click Load more if there are more than fit on the first page.
Click any expense row. The full expense detail drawer opens on top of the vendor, this is the exact same view you get from Accounting > Expenses, so you can review line items, attachments, the journal entry, and activity.
Close the detail drawer to go back to the vendor's Billing tab. If you took an action (e.g. approved or paid), the list and tiles refresh automatically.
On the Billing tab, click New expense (top right). If the vendor has no expenses yet, use the New expense button in the empty state instead.
The standard Create expense form opens with this vendor pre-selected, you don't need to search for it.
Choose the property the expense belongs to, enter the amount and details, and save.
The new expense appears in the vendor's Billing list right away.
If you don't see a New expense button, your account has view access but not expense-management permission.
The list and tiles are scoped to your accessible properties. If a vendor works across multiple properties you manage, you'll see all of those expenses together, each tagged with its property.
"Outstanding" is money you still owe this vendor (awaiting approval, approved, awaiting board, or scheduled). "Total spent" is only what's been paid.
