The PDF report gives you a printable record of board decisions for a property, including how each board member voted.

  1. On the Board Decisions page, narrow the list first if you want, using the search bar, the status, type, category, project, and outcome filters, and the date range at the top of the list.
  2. Select Generate PDF.
  3. Choose the date range the report should cover. This is required. Any filters you already applied to the list are shown for reference in the dialog, so you can confirm what is included.
  4. Select Generate PDF to download the file.

Generate PDF

The report includes only decisions that fall inside the date range you chose. If nothing matches, or the report cannot be completed for some reason, you will see a message explaining why instead of an empty or partial file.

The PDF report is not available on the most basic subscription. If you do not see the Generate PDF button, that is why.
