You will see a message saying the service ticket could not be archived because its linked decision could not be cleaned up.
This happens when the work order is linked to a board decision that belongs to a different property. Rather than quietly deleting records that belong to another property, the archive is refused and nothing is changed.
What to do: check whether the work order really is linked to a decision at another property. If that link was made in error, contact support so it can be corrected. Otherwise the decision needs to be resolved at its own property before the work order can be archived.
What you will see.
The service ticket could not be archived because its linked decision could not be cleaned up. Try again.
If a rejection on a bill has already been carried out, and an approval on that same decision arrives afterwards (for example two board members voting at almost the same moment), the later approval cannot be applied. The rejection stands, and the bill has to be raised again for a fresh decision.
The board member whose vote arrived too late is told this directly, rather than the outcome silently flipping or their vote quietly disappearing.
The notice a board member receives.
Your approval could not be applied
Your approval could not be applied because an earlier rejection already unwound the bill. The rejection still stands. Raise the bill again to request a new approval.
If the decision is linked to a bill that has already been paid, the outcome is frozen. Votes are still recorded so the record of who voted stays complete, but they cannot rewrite an approval that already released money.
