When you scan a package, URBI reads the label and works out which home it belongs to and who it is for. Most of the time it is certain and the package goes straight into the queue ready to confirm.
Sometimes it is not certain. The most common case is a package where the name on the label matches someone living there, but nothing else does, so URBI has matched on the name alone. Rather than guess, it marks the package as needing a look and asks you.
Who can do this: Anyone with permission to manage packages at that property.
Where to find it: Packages → the review queue, or the scanner on your dashboard.
A package that needs a look shows a short note saying why, and its Confirm button is not available yet. If the reason is a name match, you will also see the person URBI thinks it is for, with a question asking whether that is right.
Each package can be marked for more than one reason. Answering the recipient question clears that one reason, and nothing else. If the note is still showing, read what it now says: it will be telling you about a different problem, such as a missing tracking number or a home that could not be identified. Fix that and the package becomes ready.
Check the note on the card first. If it does not explain why, the package is usually missing one of the details a package needs before it can be handed over: a tracking number, a home, or a person. Open the package to edit it, fill in what is missing, and save.
