Explore Operations Dashboard Features

The main page is the operations dashboard. Here you can see all your analytics and most important numbers at a glance. From here, you can also quickly create a task or create a service ticket with these buttons in the top right.

Navigate Tasks Page Views

In the tasks page, you have three different views to view your existing tasks: the list view, which you can filter, the calendar view, and the Kanban view.

Drag And Drop Tasks Between Statuses

From the calendar or the Kanban view, feel free to drag and drop tasks into different statuses.

Manage Task Profile Options

You can click on a task to open that task's profile and see all of the different management options, such as the task details and the description.

Schedule Tasks And Add Comments

You can create a due date, a recurring schedule, have comments, or create assignees.

In the top right, you can click New Task to create new tasks.

When creating a new task, feel free to use all the shortcuts here, such as the at key to add collaborators so they also get pinged when this task is created.

The service ticket page will look very similar, also including a list, a calendar, and a Kanban, and the ability to filter or search through service tickets.

However, when opening a service ticket, the profile page is quite different. Service tickets are linked to vendors.

The vendors page is where you manage all the vendors for your schools.

Add Vendors Using Search

Click add vendor in the top right, and you can use our search system to pre-fill the information from your vendor.

Simply type the vendor's name, select the corresponding vendor, and click continue.

Review Vendor Information Pre-Fill

We will search and pre-fill as many fields as we can. When you complete adding a vendor, they'll pop up here in this list.

Manage Vendor Contacts And Documents

In the vendor profile page, you can manage the vendor's contacts, all the RFPs and work orders related to this vendor, and any documents.
