  • Filtering by home
  • What the figures at the top mean
  • On All Properties
  • The words you see

Who can do this: Anyone with permission to view packages at that property.

Where to find it: The packages panel on your dashboard, and the Packages page.

Filtering by home

Choose a home from the dropdown above the package list. The list then shows that home's packages, whether they arrived today or months ago. You do not need to scroll to load them first.

Switching property, or clearing the selection, resets the list.

What the figures at the top mean

The tiles above the list count the packages the building is actually holding, not the ones currently on screen.

If a figure cannot be loaded, the tile says so rather than showing a number. A tile showing zero means zero: URBI will not present a figure it does not have as though it were a real count.

On All Properties

The package tiles and lists work on one property at a time. With All Properties selected, URBI asks you to pick a property rather than showing counts above a list it cannot fill.

The words you see

Package screens use your property's own vocabulary. A school sees the words a school uses for its spaces and its people, an office sees an office's, and a condominium sees a condominium's. If you see wording that does not match how your property is set up, that is worth reporting.
