The full walkthrough, from opening the ticket to the confirmation that the request went out.

Requests for access are sent from the ticket for the work being done. If there is no ticket yet, create one first.
Open the service ticket, then choose the Access Requests tab. If nothing has been sent yet, the tab shows an empty state. Choose Request Access to open the form.
The form opens on the Details step:
Times are interpreted in the property's own timezone. If you set 9:00 AM while working from another timezone, the recipient still reads 9:00 AM local to their building.
Move to the Selection step and pick the units and the kinds of occupant who should receive the request. This has enough detail of its own that it has a separate article: Choosing Who Receives a Request for Access.
Submit the form. Kore creates one request per unit, sends the notifications, and returns you to the tab with a confirmation naming how many units it reached. Each unit now appears as a card with its own status.
You do not have to watch the tab. The cards update as answers arrive, and the counters at the top of the tab summarise how many were sent and how many came back. What you should do is check back before the scheduled date and chase anyone still silent, using a reminder.
Remember that the details, date, and window belong to the ticket. Editing them changes what every recipient of that ticket's requests sees, including people who already answered, and nobody is automatically told that it changed. If the change is material, send a fresh notice and say so.
