Contractors work from a link, not an account. What is on it, and what is deliberately not.

A contractor never signs into Kore. They work from a link, and that link shows only the job they were awarded.
The work itself, the building and the home it concerns, the schedule, and the documents you attached to the job.
Your other contractors, the other proposals, what anyone else bid, or any other ticket in the building. A link to one job is a window onto that job and nothing else.
A contractor whose bid was turned down still has their old link. It will not let them mark the work finished or write notes on it. This is worth knowing because a turned-down contractor occasionally tries and then phones you: the refusal is deliberate, not a fault.
