The Billing tab inside a vendor's profile shows that vendor's total spent, outstanding, and full expense list in one place, without going to Accounting and filtering by vendor.

The Billing tab lives inside a vendor's profile and gives you that vendor's expense picture in one place, no need to switch over to the Accounting > Expenses screen and filter by vendor.
Open any vendor from the Vendors page. In the vendor drawer's left menu you'll see a Billing tab (below RFPs & Work Orders and Documents).
The Billing tab only appears if your account has full accounting access. If you don't see it, you don't have accounting permissions on any property, ask an admin.
Total spent, the total you've actually paid this vendor.
Outstanding, everything not yet paid: awaiting approval, approved, awaiting board decision, and scheduled.
Expenses, how many expense records exist for this vendor.
Expense list, every expense linked to this vendor across all the properties you have access to, newest first, with the property name shown on each row. Use Load more at the bottom if the vendor has a long history.
Open an expense, click any row to open the full expense detail (the same expense drawer you use in Accounting), stacked on top of the vendor. Close it to return to the vendor's Billing tab.
Add a new expense, click New expense (top right) to open the standard expense form with this vendor already selected, so you just fill in the amount, property, and details.
New expense appears only if you have permission to manage expenses.
