Board Decisions is where property managers, staff, and board members create, discuss, vote on, and finalize formal decisions for a property, from approving a repair to selecting a vendor for a larger project.

Board members are the ones who vote. Property managers and staff can create decisions, manage them day to day, and generate reports, but a vote itself can only be cast by someone on the property's board.

You will find the page from the property's main menu under Board Decisions. At the top, four numbers summarize where things stand: how many decisions exist in total, how many are still open, how many are waiting on your vote, and how many were finalized this month. Below that sits the list of decisions, with a search bar, filters, and a date range so you can narrow things down, plus buttons to create a new decision or generate a PDF report of past decisions.

A first look at the Board Decisions page.
