For residents: swiping through an amenity's photos, and starring the amenities you use most so they sit at the top of your list.

Amenities in the URBI app can now show several photos instead of one, and you can star the ones you use most so they sit at the top of your list.
Who this applies to: residents using the URBI app. Nothing needs to be turned on, and there is nothing to set up.
Where your building has added more than one photo, you can swipe sideways through them, both on the amenity cards in the list and on the amenity's own page.
The small dots underneath show how many photos there are and which one you are on. If an amenity only has one photo there are no dots and there is nothing to swipe, exactly as before.
Photos load one at a time, so you can start swiping before they have all arrived. If a single photo cannot be loaded you will see a plain placeholder in its place, and the rest of the photos still work normally.
Find the star. It sits in the top left corner of each amenity card, and on the amenity's own page over the main photo.
Tap it. A filled star means the amenity is a favourite. An outlined star means it is not.
Watch it move. The amenity slides straight up into a Favourites group at the top of the list, and everything else sits under All Amenities below it. Both groups stay in alphabetical order.
Tap the star again to remove it. The amenity moves back down into the main list.
The card moves the instant you tap, not after your phone has finished talking to the server, so it never feels like the app is lagging behind you. If you have no favourites at all, the list looks exactly as it always has: one alphabetical list with no headings.
Favourites are personal to your account. Nobody else in your unit, your building, or your management office can see which amenities you have starred, and starring something is never used to notify anyone.
If a favourite cannot be saved, for example because you lost signal at that moment, the star goes back to how it was and a short message tells you it was not saved so you can try again. The app will not show a filled star for something that was not actually stored.
If you tap quickly several times, the app follows your last tap. Whatever the star looks like when you stop tapping is what gets saved.
Pull down to refresh and the app updates the amenities, their photos and your favourites together, so the list is fully up to date rather than partly refreshed.
If the list cannot load at all, you get a short explanation and a Retry button rather than a screen that sits loading forever. If a refresh fails while you already have amenities on screen, they stay where they are and the app just tells you the refresh did not work.
