If your email address ends in @icloud.com, @me.com, or @mac.com, you have an Apple email account. If you are not seeing emails from your building, this guide will fix it. Sometimes Apple Mail puts our messages in a folder called Junk instead of your inbox. The steps below tell Apple that our emails are safe.

Most people with an Apple email read it on an iPhone or iPad, so start with that section. Take your time and do one step at a time.

If you are using an iPhone or iPad

Part 1: Find our email in the Junk folder and rescue it

  1. Open the Mail app (the blue icon with a white envelope).

  2. If you land in your Inbox, tap the back arrow (the small < in the top left) until you see a list of Mailboxes or folders.

  3. Tap the folder called Junk.

  4. Tap to open any email from your building or from an address ending in @myurbi.co.

  5. At the bottom of the screen, tap the folder icon (it looks like a file folder or a tray with an arrow).

  6. From the list of folders, tap Inbox.

The email moves to your inbox. This teaches Apple Mail that we are safe.

Part 2: Save us in your contacts (best step)

Apple Mail never sends emails from people in your contacts to Junk, so this is the strongest safeguard.

  1. Open any email from us.

  2. At the top of the email, tap our name or email address (in blue).

  3. Tap Add to Contacts, then tap Done or Save.

If you are using a Mac computer

  1. Open the Mail app.

  2. On the left side, click the Junk folder.

  3. Click once on an email from @myurbi.co to select it.

  4. At the top of the window, click the Not Junk button. (If you do not see it, you can also click and drag the email onto the word Inbox on the left side.)

Then add us to contacts: open one of our emails, move your mouse over our name at the top, click the small arrow, and choose Add to Contacts.

If you are using a computer (web browser)

  1. Go to www.icloud.com and sign in, then click Mail.

  2. On the left, click the Junk folder.

  3. Click an email from @myurbi.co to select it.

  4. Click the Not Junk button at the top.

Still not seeing our emails?

Tell your property manager the exact email address you are checking, and we will look it up on our side and tell you what is happening.
