Use Unit Registrations to see the people connected with your current unit and the items registered to it, such as pets and vehicles.

Who this is for: residents already connected to a property and unit in URBI. You need to be signed in.

What Unit Registrations does

  1. Open your profile.
  2. Tap Unit Registrations.
  3. Choose Community or Registered Items at the top of the screen.

View your unit community

The Community tab lists residents connected to the selected unit. Tap a resident card to copy that resident's email address.

If there are no residents listed, URBI shows No residents found for this unit.

You may also see Pending Invites. These are invitations that have not yet been accepted. Residents cannot add, edit, or remove people from this screen.

Manage registered items

On the Registered Items tab, open a section to view registered Pets, Vehicles, Storage, Bike Storage, or Key Fobs.

You can add a pet or vehicle by tapping the plus button beside that section. You can remove a pet or vehicle from its listed details when that option appears.

Other categories are shown for reference, but the app does not provide an add button for them.

About linking your home to URBI

URBI does not provide a resident-facing screen to choose a new unit, submit a unit-link request, or wait for unit approval. Your property and unit connection comes from your URBI invitation and account setup.

If your home is missing or incorrect, contact the person or team that sent your URBI invitation or manages your building.
