If you cannot start or finish an amenity booking, this article explains the reasons URBI shows in the app and what to do next.
Who this is for: residents using the URBI app. You need to be registered to your building.
If the Type says "Drop In Only," there is no "Book Amenity" button. You do not need a booking to use that amenity.
Check the listed Hours and Policies before you visit. Contact building management if you are unsure whether you can use the space.
The card may say "Under Maintenance" or "Closed." On the details page, URBI shows the same status and changes the button to "Booking Unavailable."
Some amenities show "Closed for maintenance" with a date range. Those dates cannot be booked, even if the amenity is otherwise active.
Contact building management for closure details or an expected reopening date.
Some amenities have booking rules based on the residency type associated with your home. URBI shows a "Booking Restricted" message that says your occupant type cannot book that amenity, and the button says "Booking Unavailable."
Contact building management if you think your residency information is wrong or you need clarification about the rule.
After you open the booking screen, unavailable dates and times cannot be selected. A date may be unavailable because it is fully booked, closed for maintenance, or outside the amenity's allowed booking window. A time can also be unavailable because it conflicts with another booking.
Choose another available date or time. If you need an exception, contact building management.
