Every time you make a payment through the URBI portal, you get an emailed receipt for your records. This article explains what the receipt includes and when to expect it.
Your payment receipt email is a full breakdown of the payment you just made, not just a bare confirmation line. It includes:

You receive one receipt email per payment, sent automatically once the payment is confirmed. You do not need to request it, and you will not receive duplicate receipts for the same payment. If you make several separate payments (for example, paying a charge early and later paying an invoice), each one gets its own receipt.
If someone forwarded or shared an invoice with you and you paid your portion of it, your receipt looks a little different from a regular invoice receipt:

I paid but haven't received a receipt yet. Receipts are sent automatically shortly after your payment is confirmed. If a few minutes have passed and you still don't see it, check your spam or junk folder. If it still isn't there, contact us with the date and approximate amount of the payment so we can confirm it went through and resend confirmation details.
The amount on my receipt doesn't match what I expected. Check whether a processing fee line is shown. If your property passes along card processing costs, the total paid will be slightly higher than the base amount you were paying. If something still looks off, contact us with the receipt details.
Can I get a copy of an old receipt? Payment history for paid invoices is available in the Billing tab of the portal. If you need a specific receipt resent, contact us.
I shared an invoice with someone. Do I get a copy of their "shared portion" receipt? No. The shared-portion receipt goes only to the person who made that payment. You will be notified separately when your shared invoice is paid.
